Hard chrome plating is applied electrochemically to increase surface hardness and corrosion resistance of industrial components. It is widely used for heavy-equipment parts, moulds, hydraulic rods and cylindrical components. We apply coating thicknesses from 10 to 3000 microns.

Internal chrome plating increases corrosion resistance and service life for cylinders, tubes and components with internal surfaces. Controlled thickness and uniform coating for hydraulic systems, moulds and industrial cylinders.

We bring shafts, tubes, rolls and mould components to the required diameter and surface roughness. Pre- and post-chrome grinding is managed as an integrated process.

Our centerless grinding service processes cylindrical parts without centres, delivering high repeatability and micron accuracy in serial production. Diameter tolerance and surface quality are controlled before and after chrome plating.

We provide mirror polishing for injection moulds, film extrusion rolls and special cylinders. Flawless surface brightness directly improves product quality.

We restore worn, corroded or undersized shafts and mould parts to peak performance. Stripping, straightening, turning, grinding and plating are managed under one roof.
